Getting Started with Zoom:

Creating a Zoom Account

• • Go to the Zoom website (https://zoom.us) and click on "Sign Up, It's Free."

  • Follow the prompts to create your Zoom account with your email address.

Signing In to Zoom

• • Visit the Zoom website or open the Zoom desktop or mobile app.

  • Click on "Sign In."

  • Enter your email and password associated with your Zoom account.

  • Click "Sign In" to access your Zoom account.

Joining a Meeting

• • If someone has invited you to a meeting, you'll receive a meeting link via email or a calendar invitation.

  • Click on the meeting link, and Zoom will open automatically.

  • Enter the meeting ID and passcode if prompted.

  • Click "Join Meeting."

Navigating the Zoom Interface

• • Familiarize yourself with the Zoom meeting interface, which includes options for video, audio, chat, participants, and more.

  • Test your microphone and camera by clicking the icons on the bottom left.

Audio and Video Controls

• • To mute/unmute your audio, click the microphone icon.

  • To start/stop your video, click the camera icon.

  • Use the up arrow next to the microphone icon to select your audio input and output devices.

Using Chat and Participants

• • Click the "Chat" button to open the chat panel for text-based communication.

Ending a Meeting

• • Click "Leave Meeting."
