Getting Started with Zoom:
Creating a Zoom Account
Go to the Zoom website (https://zoom.us) and click on "Sign Up, It's Free."
Follow the prompts to create your Zoom account with your email address.
Signing In to Zoom
Visit the Zoom website or open the Zoom desktop or mobile app.
Click on "Sign In."
Enter your email and password associated with your Zoom account.
Click "Sign In" to access your Zoom account.
Joining a Meeting
If someone has invited you to a meeting, you'll receive a meeting link via email or a calendar invitation.
Click on the meeting link, and Zoom will open automatically.
Enter the meeting ID and passcode if prompted.
Click "Join Meeting."
Navigating the Zoom Interface
Familiarize yourself with the Zoom meeting interface, which includes options for video, audio, chat, participants, and more.
Test your microphone and camera by clicking the icons on the bottom left.
Audio and Video Controls
To mute/unmute your audio, click the microphone icon.
To start/stop your video, click the camera icon.
Use the up arrow next to the microphone icon to select your audio input and output devices.
Using Chat and Participants
Click the "Chat" button to open the chat panel for text-based communication.
Ending a Meeting
Click "Leave Meeting."
