Welcome to Armstead Fitness’s Older Adult Program, where we focus on strength, mobility, and balance—with a fun twist! Our 30-minute fitness and fun boxing classes are designed specifically for adults 65+, helping you stay independent, feel great, and enjoy movement in a supportive environment.
