Workout and Worship is a faith-filled experience where we move our bodies — whether sitting or standing — in a way that honors our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Each session is designed to strengthen the body while uplifting the spirit. As we move, we’ll listen to powerful Christian music, praise together, and keep our minds centered on God’s presence.
Our focus is not perfection, but purpose — moving with intention and glorifying Him in all that we do. At the end of each workout, we’ll cool down and shift into a moment of reflection, where I’ll share a question or message the Lord has placed on my spirit. We’ll spend about five minutes in fellowship, listening as we grow stronger in faith together.
