Founder of Armstead Fitness, brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the world of fitness. With 20 years of certified training experience, he has worked with diverse age groups, honing his skills and knowledge.
Erick's dedication to his craft, particularly in working with older adults, was sparked at a young age when he volunteered alongside his mother in senior care. These formative experiences ignited a deep-seated desire to make a meaningful impact on people's lives, especially within the older adult community.
My incredible wife's unwavering support has allowed me to pursue my passion as the owner of Armstead Fitness, while our six amazing kids infuse our lives with boundless energy and enthusiasm for an active lifestyle, reinforcing the importance of my work as a fitness coach and entrepreneur.
Their collective belief in me, active participation in fitness activities, and constant reminders of the significance of a balanced life are the driving forces that motivate me every day. Together, they provide the inspiration and strength I need to thrive in both my personal and professional life.
